Maven Exploration is a mining company founded by women and built for everyone.

We exist to open pathways for investment and participation in mineral exploration. Mining underpins modern life, shaping local economies, national infrastructure, and long-term energy security. Many of mining's challenges are rooted in antiquated systems. We believe the sector can become more accessible and create deeper opportunity for society.

The founders of Maven are bound by a common thread. We believe the exploration and mining industry is not limited by how it operates today, but can evolve into a new reality.

Our ethos guides everything we do.
Bold Action: We move with swift conviction, take risks that matter, and choose progress over comfort. Our work speaks louder than any promise.

Human at Our Core: We centre people and society in every decision. We build with, not over, the communities, rights holders, and investors who shape our future.

Legacy in Practice: We act with the long game in mind. Every choice is measured by the impact it leaves behind, not the headlines it makes today.

Our operating principles put this ethos into practice.
Embedded responsibility: We centre people in our decisions, build with communities and rights holders, and measure success by the impact we leave behind.

Starting with place: We understand the people and ecosystems of where we work before we begin. Ignoring social and environmental context does not remove risk; it pushes it further down the timeline.

Transparency as infrastructure: We build openly. We communicate what we are learning, explain decisions, name uncertainty, and provide updates in plain language. This is how we earn trust.

Maven was founded in 2025 by four women with decades of experience across mineral exploration, sustainability, community engagement, risk management, and brand strategy.
