Daniel Farrell

Daniel Farrell is an experienced professional in data science and business intelligence, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Engineer - Manager at Maven Wave, an Atos Company, since August 2021. Previously, Daniel held the role of Data Scientist at IDbyDNA from June 2020 to August 2021, and served as a Senior Analytics Engineer at Zume Inc. during 2019-2020, where significant projects included the creation of Apache Airflow data pipelines for metric tracking. Daniel's earlier experience includes a position as Data Scientist in Product Analytics at Facebook from 2013 to 2018, focusing on data-driven product insights and the development of authoritative datasets. Before transitioning into the tech industry, Daniel completed postdoctoral roles at Stony Brook University and UCSF, where research involved modeling molecular interactions. Daniel holds a PhD in Physics from Arizona State University and a BS in Physics from Brigham Young University.
