Joris Fleerackers has had a long and successful career in sales and business development. Joris began in 1992 as a Technical Sales Support Engineer with Atea Belgium, where they provided technical support to sales and partners, and responded to tenders. In 1994, they moved to Siemens AG, where they held various roles, including Regional Sales Manager OTN Nordic and Baltics, Regional Sales Manager OTN Europe/Africa(CIS/Central America), Area Sales Manager, and Product Manager. In 2007, they joined Barco as Regional Business Manager for the Nordic region, and in 2009 they moved to Moxa as Regional Sales Manager Nordic/Baltics. In 2011, they became Business Development Manager Rail and Energy for OTN Systems and in 2014 they founded Fleerackers INC. In 2015, they worked as European Sales Manager (consultancy) for Bird Technologies and as Founder for Flexpertise AB (International Sales and Business Development Consultancy services). Since 2019, they have been Director Of Sales And Business Development at Maven Wireless, expanding their rapid growth and enabling and complementing the 5G expansion towards operators, infrastructure owners and neutral hosts.
Joris Fleerackers obtained a Master's Degree in electricity & electronics specialisation telecoms from Thomas More between 1985 and 1990. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn, and in 2019, they obtained a certification in AI For Everyone from Coursera.
