Humera Shaikh

Humera Shaikh is an experienced telecommunications engineer currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff - III at Mavenir since July 2020, having previously held positions as Senior Member of Technical Staff-II and Senior Member of Technical Staff I in R&D. Prior to Mavenir, Humera worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Ericsson India Global Services Pvt Ltd from October 2019 to July 2020 and as a Deputy Manager in Device Network Integration at Jio from September 2017 to October 2019, focusing on device-related features and protocol testing for various chipsets. Earlier roles include Network Optimization Engineer for the DTAC Thailand project at Ericsson and RF Performance and Optimization Engineer at Jio, concentrating on RAN key performance indicators. Humera holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2013.
