Jay Flake is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Mavenir since May 2024 and at Casa Systems, Inc. from October 2021, Jay has a strong background in sales leadership. Previous roles include Director of Services Sales and Director of Customer Support at Ericsson from 2010 to October 2021. Jay’s career also includes positions as Member of Technical Staff at Verizon from March 2009 to March 2010 and Sales Manager and Sales Engineer at Nortel from March 2004 to September 2009. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
