Michael Dickson

Michael Dickson is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Software Engineer at HealthEdge since July 2015, Michael previously held the position of Expert Software Engineer at Comverse from December 2005, specializing in the design, implementation, and integration of telecom applications, specifically as a subject matter expert for ComverseOne CRM, CSM, and Product Catalog applications. Prior to Comverse, Michael worked at CSG Systems International as a Senior Software Development Engineer, focusing on Java-based applications, and was a Member of Technical Staff at Lucent Technologies/Bell Labs, contributing to the development of web-based interfaces. Michael's early career includes roles as an Applications Programmer with the Ohio Board of Regents and Quality Assurance Manager at T. Marzetti Company.
