Devika Gupta is currently the Human Resources Lead at Mavenwit, focusing on strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Previously, Devika served as a Flight Attendant at SpiceJet Limited from 2019 to 2025, where they honed skills in communication and problem-solving while providing in-flight service. Devika holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Amity University, having also earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Lucknow. With a passion for fostering inclusive work cultures, Devika aims to apply their diverse experiences to contribute meaningfully in the HR field.
