At Maverick, the traditional methods for recruiting and staffing are regarded as what they are: outdated and ineffective. Instead, we leverage our vast professional network to build world-class business teams and make a real difference in the trajectories of both firms and talent.

FIRMS:
In a competitive industry, you need competitive talent. That means going beyond the typical channels of exploration and attraction. Instead of matching bullet points between resumes and job descriptions, Maverick matches purposes and mindsets to foster connections that revitalize business teams for the long term. We’ll find that ideal candidate who will help you transform and scale your firm—even if they aren’t actively seeking new opportunities.

TALENT:
We understand that the needs of employees evolve just as much as the needs of firms. Maverick helps skilled professionals find employers with strategic vision, strong leadership, modern benefits, and growth potential. We’ll start with exploratory discussions that help us understand your unique needs and skills—and then we work tirelessly to match you with a firm that doesn’t just intersect with your goals, but aligns with them. We’re here every step of the way, from interview coaching to post-hire check-ins.
