Maverick Gold is breaking the junior miner mold and pioneering the independent mining model. New tactics. New technology. New capital structures. Private Mines for Private Capital.

By-in-large, it has been difficult for investors to directly invest in private mines for a long time.
We are borrowing from the oil and gas industry, which has a long history of independent producers who weren’t dependent upon public markets for capital, nor majors to flip their deals to. They were self-contained businesses able to execute on a development plan, and return dividends directly to their capital partners. As one of the pre-eminent Oil & Gas Lawyers in the country, I am bringing to the mining industry the capital structures and business models of the oil patch, which have been successfully used for over a century in natural resources production and development. Tried and true structures. Tried and true results. Business models that understand geologic, engineering, and operational risk, and know how to reward private risk capital accordingly.

With Maverick Gold, you don’t have to invest vicariously through a public company or ETF. The value of your investment is not at the mercy of public sentiment or the fickle whims of the market. You can receive the benefits directly, undiluted by brokers, and not at the effect of speculators or short sellers gaming the system. Direct investment, with venture capital rates of return, paid in nature’s money (gold).

We have a pipeline of mines in (re)development, so there are always opportunities to participate in one of our private mining projects. We fund our redevelopment through prepaid forward sales (advanced sales of production) as well as preferred equity and mezzanine project debt (secured by gold).
With our private capital partners we are forging a new era in independent mining. Secure your independence – join us today.
