Maverick Management is an independent private investment firm based in Los Angeles. Conceived as an alternative to private equity, we define ourselves as an “indie” sponsor.

Like the indie studios, labels, and developers before us, we harness our creative flexibility, procedural resourcefulness, and agile execution to deliver more effective and lasting results. Maverick provides business owners access to the same capital and strategic advisory as ordinary private equity — but with a refreshingly direct, efficient, and transparent approach.

As responsible stewards of capital with a deep and unwavering commitment to integrity, we stand by our mission to drive sustainable, long-term growth while preserving and enhancing the existing principles, culture, and accomplishments of our business partners.
