Brian Heder

Brian Heder has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Brian most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer at Maveris starting in October 2017. Prior to that, they worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Network & Security Architect from September 2011 to September 2017. Brian began their career at the DISA Enterprise Services Directorate (ESD) - Department of Defense in March 2006, where they held the position of a Senior Network Design Engineer until September 2011.

Brian Heder earned a Master's degree in Network Architecture and Design from Capella University, attending from 2006 to 2007. Brian also holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University. In addition, Brian has obtained several certifications, including CCIE Routing & Switching from Cisco in July 2009, CISSP from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) in December 2006, and MCSE from Microsoft in September 2005.
