Michael Hoffman

Michael Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2022. Michael is currently working as the Director of Solutions Development at Maveris since October 2022. Prior to this, from October 2021 to October 2022, they worked as a Solutions Architect at Sierra7, Inc. Before that, they were a Senior Principal Solution Architect at SAIC from July 2021 to October 2021. From April 2020 to October 2021, they held the role of Senior Principal Solution Architect at Halfaker and Associates, LLC and previously served as Principal Solution Architect from May 2017 to April 2020.

Earlier in their career, from August 2016 to May 2017, Michael was the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Utica National Insurance Group. Prior to that, they held the role of Enterprise Architect at the same company from December 2015 to August 2016.

Michael has also worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at GE from November 2014 to December 2015 and as an Information Systems Architect at HP Enterprise Services from July 2013 to November 2014. At HP, they held the position of Information Systems Architect III from August 2011 to July 2013.

Michael's career began at Experian in July 2000, where they worked as a Lead Software Engineer until January 2003. Prior to that, they started their career as a Web Developer at Lightning One Internet Service and Communications from October 1999 to February 2000.

Throughout their career, Michael has gained expertise in various areas including solutions development, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps methodologies, and system architecture design.

Michael Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Siena College, where they attended from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science at Hudson Valley Community College for two years, from 1996 to 1998. Before entering higher education, Michael completed their high school education at Ravena, where they obtained a Regents diploma from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Michael holds a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, which they acquired in March 2019 from CompTIA. Furthermore, Michael is a Certified SAFe® 5 Government Practitioner, although the specific details of when and where they obtained this certification are unknown.
