Murat Aytun

Murat Aytun has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting from 1994, they worked as the Turkey Representative and Operations Manager for Cultural Folk Tours, where they were responsible for all tourism operations. In 1997, they became the Ocean Import Traffic Manager at BALNAK, overseeing container traffic and designing logistic services. From 1998 to 2000, Murat served as a Product Specialist at CHS Karma, handling the purchasing and distribution of computer monitors.

In the year 2000, they joined Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. and held various positions including Post-paid SIM Card Logistics Team Leader and Project Manager, Customer Relations Training Research, Design, and Development Team Head, Customer Relations Training Manager, and Alternative Learning Channels Program Manager/Project Manager. In these roles, they developed and managed training programs, coordinated teams, and supervised projects related to e-learning, process development, and technical training.

In 2008, Murat co-founded MAVI Interactive LLC, MAVI Film, and HRİKa Çözümler, where they played key roles in these companies' establishment. Since 2021, they have been the Founder of Immersion Learning UK. Additionally, from 1999 to 2008, they worked as a Designer/Producer/Programmer in a freelance capacity, focusing on website design, Adobe Flash programming, graphics, and multimedia production.
