Swarnima Datar has over 22 years of experience in process consultancy and project management in various domains and technologies. Swarnima started working at Infogain in 2016 as a Senior Quality Manager, where they were responsible for planning and executing large and critical programs such as Engineering Transformation, Process Automation, QMS, Metrics and Benchmarking, and CSAT. Swarnima also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. In 2021, they joined mavQ as a Senior Manager of Business Excellence.

Swarnima Datar has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including DevOps Culture and Mindset and Design Thinking for Innovation from Coursera.
