73% of major real estate projects exceed their budget. Not because of poor design or bad contractors—but because no one owns the space between business intent and technical delivery.
MAWlab is a delivery governance partner for owners of complex real estate assets: investment funds, hotel groups, logistics operators, and retail brands expanding across markets.
We don't replace your project managers, designers, or contractors. We make them stronger—by establishing the governance that ensures what is produced is consistent, verifiable, and decision-ready from day zero.
What we do:
We translate business requirements into testable information standards (OIR/AIR/EIR), attach them to contracts, and validate delivery continuously—not once at the end when it's too late.
What you get:
→ Earlier cost certainty, fewer late-stage shocks
→ Schedule protection and faster time-to-revenue
→ Standardization across your portfolio
→ Better decisions, earlier—with comparable options and measurable trade-offs
Our credentials:
Our team contributed to writing the standards that govern the industry (UNI 11337, the Italian equivalent of ISO 19650). We have managed digital governance on €340M+ of complex assets—luxury hotels, transport infrastructure, logistics hubs for Europe's largest operators.
We've seen too many projects fail for avoidable reasons. MAWlab exists because we decided to do something about it.
