Matt Florio

Matt Florio has extensive experience in NC engineering and programming, currently serving as an NC Engineer at MAX Aerostructures since December 2025. Prior to this role, Matt worked at Cox Machine, Inc. for 20 years, initially as a Machine Operator, then advancing to NC Programmer and eventually NC Programming Supervisor. Responsibilities included managing a team, creating solid models and NC programs for various machines using Mastercam, editing post processors, and participating in continuous improvement projects. Matt's strong technical background is supported by a high school diploma from Wichita South High School, obtained in 1996.
