Mike Rooney

Mike Rooney has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Mike is currently working as a Software Engineer III at MAX Digital since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Software Engineer at Retail Success from June 2018 to December 2021, where they worked on .NET Core backend development and utilized AWS Lambdas, AWS SNS/SQS, and Azure DevOps. Before that, they worked as a Contract Software Developer at Paige Technologies, where they focused on maintaining a platform for merchants using C# from November 2017 to June 2018. Mike also worked as a Software Developer at Unified Life Insurance from October 2016 to November 2017, developing a new VB.Net application for handling health insurance claims and creating a windows service for data integration.

Furthermore, Mike had experience as a Contract Software Developer at Heartland Crop Insurance, Inc. from October 2015 to August 2016, where they worked on maintaining a C# application with NHibernate and Rhino-ETL. Mike began their career as a Software Engineer at Cerner Corporation from June 2012 to October 2015, and prior to that, they gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Cerner Corporation from May 2011 to August 2011.
