Shantanu Sinha

Shantanu Sinha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business planning, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Business Planning, Management and Analysis at Antara within The Max Group since September 2019, Shantanu also held the role of AVP - Business Strategy and Operations at Max Skill First. Prior to this, Shantanu was Associate Vice President at Indepay from September 2017 to September 2019 and worked as a Management Consultant at TKC Consulting from November 2014 to September 2017. Shantanu's career includes significant roles such as Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy and as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at Shree Cement Ltd from May 2013 to November 2014, and a Deputy Manager at NTPC Limited from July 2007 to April 2012. Education includes a Post Graduate Program in Management focused on Operations Management and Marketing Management from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
