Simar has held various senior HR roles across multiple organizations, including Vice President & Head HR at Max Skill First Limited, DGM - Talent & Leadership Development at DCM SHRI RAM LTD, and HR Business Partner at Deloitte U.S. India. With a strong focus on creating high-performance cultures and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, Simar has successfully established the human capital functions for assisted care services and led numerous initiatives in talent management and employee engagement across diverse sectors. Simar's academic background includes an MBA in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biochemistry from Delhi University.
