Oded Tal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Oded started their career in 1987 as a Branch Manager at Computest. In 1998, they joined MAX I.E.G. as an Operations Manager before being promoted to the role of CEO in 1999.
Oded later became a Member of the Board of Directors at CS Mantech from 2001 to 2010. In 2022, Oded became the Chief Executive Officer at TSI Semiconductors and also served as an Advisory Board Member at Alpha Motor Corporation, where they contributed to the company's focus on sustainable automobile design.
In the future, Oded is set to become a Board Member at Enablence Technologies starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Oded demonstrated their expertise in operational management and leadership roles in the semiconductors and automobile industries.
Oded Tal pursued their education in various fields, with a strong emphasis on engineering and industrial management. Oded obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from The Ohio State University from 2019 to 2021, specializing in Engineering/Industrial Management. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of New Haven, attending from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, Oded Tal attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1982, focusing on Automotive Engineering, although no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
In terms of certifications, Oded Tal obtained a Lean 6 Sigma Master Black Belt certification in March 2010 from MAX International Engineering.
