Lee Alroi

Lee Alroi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee lifecycle management, training and development, and HR policy guidance. Currently serving as an HRBP at max מקס since October 2024, Lee previously worked as an HR Specialist at BEYEONICS, where responsibilities included managing onboarding, employee support, and performance management. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Coordinator at The Israeli Phoenix, focusing on employee retention and HR process implementation. Earlier in the career, Lee coordinated marketing and advertising for Ben-Gurion University Student Union. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Anthropology, and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
