Moshe Zinger

Moshe Zinger is currently the VP and Head of the Core Systems Department in the IT Division at MAX IT, a position held since 2025. They have served as a Senior IT Auditor at Bank Hapoalim since 2015 and previously managed projects within the same division. Earlier in their career, Moshe worked as an MF programmer and system analyst at Bank Hapoalim from 2001 to 2006, and led the Core Systems Unit at Leumi Card from 2018 to 2023. Moshe holds a degree in Software Engineering and Project Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed between 1997 and 2000.
