As an organizational development & consultancy, the processes are lead based on a thorough analysis of the market in which the firm is operating and the resources it possesses while focusing on conceiving practical and feasible strategies. Using TRIZ organizational, a methodology for systematic innovative thinking, together with Agile applications for IT and software development in the commercial and organizational fields, facilitates advanced analysis which leads to the finding and implementation of out-of-the-box solutions. Vast experience in HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and management change, utilized in the setting and modification of HR strategies as well as company policies and values. 

In work with organizations, I believe that a successful process can only be achieved if it fits the skills and abilities of the human capital and if all involved are motivated and engaged.
