Nathan is the Founder and CEO of Music Audience Exchange (MAX), a company that revolutionizes music sponsorship for the digital era. Under their leadership, MAX has provided cutting-edge marketing tools to over 5,000 artists and delivered over $100 million in sponsorship deals with renowned brands.
In 2020, Hanks became a Co-founder of BrightAI, where they focus on digitizing large traditional enterprises by retrofitting their physical operations using IoT and leveraging AI-driven insights and control.
Nathan is also a Board Director at iD Tech Camps, a Silicon Valley-based company that offers coding, game development, robotics, and design courses to kids and teens. In 2021, iD Tech was acquired by Eruditus Group.
As the Principal of JONAH Technology Ventures, Hanks has made early-stage venture investments in multiple tech startups across various domains, including D2C, B2B, Web3, and IoT. Nathan also serves as an advisor to prominent companies such as OurSky, SmartThings, Parade Ventures, and DASH.

Nathan played a pivotal role as the Co-founder, President, and Board Director of ReachLocal, an online marketing management company operating in fifteen countries. During their tenure, ReachLocal achieved significant growth and went public on NASDAQ in 2010.

In addition to these degrees, Nathan has studied Mathematics and Computer Science at Northwestern State University, specifically in the Louisiana Scholars' College program.
