Rachna Pradhan has over 22 years of experience in cyber security, specializing in Desktop, Endpoint, and Cloud Security products for various platforms including Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android, and Blackberry. They co-founded Max Secure Software, where they focus on developing innovative antivirus solutions that challenge established players by prioritizing performance, malware detection, and customer support. Rachna's management strengths encompass product and program management, as well as employee recruitment and training. They began their career with roles in software testing and engineering, including positions at Entron, Uptron, and Pennsylvania Power and Light Company, following their graduation with a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
