They also co-founded byDiffusion, a consultancy aimed at helping businesses overcome challenges while contributing to community initiatives like One for the City. Mike's previous roles include senior project and program management positions in various industries, where they led significant changes and improvements. They hold a degree from Leeds Metropolitan University.
