Ajay Bedi

Ajay Bedi has a diverse work experience in the insurance and pharmaceutical industries. Ajay is currently working as a Vice President and Cluster Head- Agency Transformation at Max Life Insurance since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Vice President at Max Life Insurance from April 2018. Ajay also worked as the Chief Manager- Max Skill First at Max Life Insurance from June 2015 to April 2018. Before joining Max Life Insurance, Ajay worked at Max Skill First Limited as an Assistant Vice President starting from May 2015.

Ajay's career at Max Life Insurance started in 2008 when they joined as a Manager Learning and Development. Ajay progressed to the position of Senior Manager-Learning and Development from April 2011 to April 2013. Ajay then took on the role of Chief Manager- Instructional Designing and Content Development from April 2013 to March 2015. In these roles, Ajay was responsible for developing and delivering training programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and enhancing course materials and training techniques.

Prior to their tenure at Max Life Insurance, Ajay worked at Unichem Laboratories Limited as a Regional Sales Manager from October 1994 to June 2008.

Overall, Ajay Bedi has extensive experience in various positions related to training, sales, and management in the insurance and pharmaceutical industries.

Ajay Bedi completed their higher secondary education at TRM Public School in 1993. Ajay then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Marketing and Human Resources from Symbiosis Pune. Additionally, Ajay Bedi obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Science from TRM Public School, Modinagar.

Throughout their career, Ajay Bedi has also obtained several certifications. Ajay completed Creating Inclusive Learning Experiences, Tips for Learner Engagement, and Developing Executive Presence courses from LinkedIn in July 2022. In April 2020, they obtained certifications in Building Resilience as a Leader, Decision-Making Strategies, How to Design and Deliver Training Programs, Interpersonal Communication, and Managing Virtual Teams, all from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they acquired a Diploma in Instructional Design from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Pune in July 2014. Finally, they obtained an Associate of Insurance Institute of India certification from the Insurance Institute of India in April 2013.
