Sue Laferrara

Sue LaFerrara has a strong background in business analysis and IT, with over 17 years of experience in various roles. Sue currently holds the position of Senior Director of Business Analysis at Max Solutions, starting in August 2022. Prior to their current role, Sue served as a Senior IT Business Analyst at WestRock Packaging, Inc. for 17 years, from February 2005 to August 2022. Sue also worked as an IT Business Analyst at Cenveo Labels & Packaging from February 2005 to January 2016 and as a Financial Analyst at Gilbreth Packaging, a Cenveo Company, from February 2005 to May 2014. Additionally, Sue has experience in logistics and volunteering, having served as the Logistics Chairperson/Volunteer at the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network from January 2010 to September 2012.

Sue LaFerrara earned a BA in Business Administration from Rider University in 1998. Sue further pursued their education and obtained an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Rutgers University - Camden in 2004. In addition, Sue has recently obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in the year 2023.
