Rossa Djepang is a Country Growth Operations Manager with a decade of experience in consumer goods and financing. Currently leading the growth and operational marketing department at MAX, Rossa is focused on enhancing mobility in Africa through strategic business development and digital marketing. Rossa successfully launched MAX in Cameroon and is driven by a passion for sustainable growth and customer retention. Previously, Rossa held various roles in companies such as Orange Cameroon and British American Tobacco, contributing to sales, marketing, and distribution strategies. Rossa is pursuing a Master's degree in digital strategies at ECEMA.
