Previously, Karim held various roles at MaxAB, including Head of Fulfillment Operations and E-commerce Ops Director, focusing on optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with operational goals. With extensive experience in vendor management and logistics from their time at Jumia Egypt, Karim has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance operational efficiency and improve vendor experiences. Karim holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotels from Helwan University Cairo.
