Swapna B has been working in the field of Quality Assurance since 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a QA Engineer at Wipro Limited. In 2010, they worked as a Technical Test Analyst at Wells Fargo and a QA Analyst at Wipro Limited. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Lead QA Analyst at ICICI Bank. In 2017, they were a QA Analyst at Leprino Foods and from 2018 to present they have been a QA Engineer at MaxAccel.

Swapna B completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2003 and 2007. In 2017, they obtained a CTFL certification from ASTQB - Official Page - American Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2018, they obtained a Selenium 3.0 certification from Edureka.
