Dan Petersen

Dan Petersen is a Technical Fellow in Data Science at Maxar Technologies, specializing in advanced computer vision since November 2022. Previously, Petersen served as Principal Applied Machine Learning Scientist and Lead Data Scientist at BigBear.ai, focusing on natural language processing using neural language models from November 2020 to November 2022. Prior experience includes a Senior Data Scientist role at Excella, where work involved machine learning, NLP, and deep neural networks, and a Data Scientist position at Deloitte Consulting with a similar focus.
