David Tonini is a seasoned legal professional and military officer with extensive experience in compliance, security, and logistics. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Compliance and Security, Chief Security Officer, Associate General Counsel, Privacy Officer, and Head of Global Ethics and Compliance at Maxar Technologies since July 2021, David also holds an adjunct professor position at the University of Colorado Law School, teaching Computer Crimes. David's military career includes the rank of Captain (O-6) and Chief of Staff for Logistics in the U.S. Navy Reserve, with significant roles such as Commanding Officer at various Defense Logistics Agency units. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of the Cybercrime & National Security Section at the U.S. Attorneys' Offices, where oversight of numerous cases and teams was key, and practicing law at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.
