Jeffrey Carr

Jeffrey Carr is an experienced professional in the aerospace and satellite communications sectors, currently serving as Deputy Chief Architect at Maxar Technologies since February 2020. Previously, as Manager of AWS Ground Station at Amazon Web Services from April 2019 to February 2020, Jeffrey was instrumental in building a global network of satellite ground terminals to enhance customer satellite communication capabilities. Prior to that, Jeffrey spent over nineteen years at DigitalGlobe, advancing from an individual contributor to Director of Mission Operations Engineering Support, where responsibilities included systems engineering, testing, and project leadership. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
