John Roos

John Roos has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the geospatial and geomatics industry. Currently serving as Sales Director-Enterprise for Latin America and Canada at Maxar Technologies since 2006, John has successfully reorganized the distribution network in Canada and achieved a 30-40% increase in annual sales over four years. Prior to this role, John was Sales Manager for South America at PCI Geomatics from 2000 to 2006, where significant increases in sales and corporate presence were accomplished. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at Plataforma CIC, where John initiated effective marketing campaigns. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from McGill University, with additional studies at The University of Freiburg and Western University.
