Kat Goodman is a seasoned geoscience professional with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Geoscience Analyst at bp since December 2023, Kat previously held the position of Supervisor of GIS Demand Analysts at Maxar Technologies, where employment began in June 2020. Prior roles include Sr. GeoScience Technologist at Kalnin Ventures and GeoScience Technologist at QEP Resources, as well as positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation that included both GeoScientist and Sr. GeoScientist. Kat holds a degree in Geography and Environmental Studies with a focus on GIS and Remote Sensing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, completed in 2004, and participated in a Semester at Sea program through the University of Pittsburgh in 2002.
