Michael Zammit is an accomplished software development leader with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Software Development for Flight Software at Maxar Technologies since July 2018, Michael has successfully led the development of the Dynamic Spacecraft Simulator (DSS) for the Star One D2 Program. Prior to Maxar, Michael worked at SSL from June 2006 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing the Satellite Test and Analysis Section and overseeing ground software systems. Michael's career began at LORAL Space & Communications, where as a Software Development Engineer, contributions included the development of numerous software applications for satellite monitoring, control, and testing. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San José State University.
