Ross Davies

Ross Davies has over 23 years of experience in quality management and engineering roles, currently serving as the Quality Systems Department Manager at Maxar Technologies since January 2000. In this role, Ross defines and manages the ISO 9001/AS9100 compliant Quality Management System, ensuring a robust internal audit program that provides senior management with critical compliance assessments. Prior experience at SSL includes positions as Product Assurance Program Manager, where Ross improved quality processes and saved over 500 hours of lost time monthly, and as Senior Program Management Engineer, driving collaboration to resolve manufacturing challenges. Ross began expertise as a Multiplexer Manufacturing Supervisor, overseeing a team of over 25 professionals and leading initiatives for capacity planning and software improvements.
