Stephen Carter is a Geospatial Analyst at Maxar Technologies since March 2020, with prior experience as a Geospatial Trainer at DNI and extensive service as a Geospatial Analyst in the US Army from 1996 to January 2020. In the military, Stephen specialized in geospatial analysis, data management, and the application of Geospatial Intelligence methodologies, alongside roles as a Launcher crew member and Infantry Training Room NCO. Stephen also served as a Medic, providing emergency and routine medical treatment in various clinical settings.
