Cole Ragland has over two decades of experience in technical operations and management. Beginning as a Technician at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Cole quickly advanced to managerial roles at SunGard Public Sector, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive iSeries technical services for over 1,000 clients within the public sector. After nearly a decade in that position, Cole transitioned to Meridian IT as Manager of Cloud Operations, overseeing cloud services until April 2025. Currently, Cole serves as a Senior Technical Engineer at Maxava. Cole holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida.
