Kesha Ullah

Kesha Ullah has been working in the field of project management for over 15 years. Kesha started their career as an administrative assistant at RPS Engineering, Inc. and quickly rose through the ranks to become a lead manager and loan processor at Aegis Lending. In this role, Kesha was responsible for evaluating the performance of loan originators, writing and implementing Lead Management guidelines, and reducing marketing expenses by almost 50%. Kesha also has a strong customer service record and was the principle responsible for assigning marketing data to loan origination staff.

In 2004, Kesha left Aegis Lending to become a project manager at Maxaware. In their current role, Kesha is responsible for managing all aspects of Maxaware’s project portfolio, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Kesha has successfully managed a wide variety of projects during their time at Maxaware, and has been instrumental in the company’s success.

Kesha Ullah has a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from the University of Virginia and a Project Management degree from Villanova University.

They are on a team with Andrew Ard - CMO, Cristina Nistreanu - Onboarding Specialist. Kesha Ullah reports to Kris Kaymanesh, President.
