Vinoth Kumar Prabhakaran

Vinoth Kumar Prabhakaran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Vinoth Kumar started their career at ITC Infotech as an Associate IT Consultant in June 2010 and worked there until March 2012.

In 2012, they joined ZF Wind Power Coimbatore Limited as an Engineer-PLM&CAD and later became a Senior Engineer-PLM&CAD. During their time there, Vinoth was responsible for business and system administration for Windchill PLM. Vinoth Kumar gathered requirements from the business, developed solutions, implemented and tested them, and moved them into the production server. Vinoth Kumar also analyzed the existing process, identified gaps, and implemented solutions in line with expectations. Vinoth Kumar worked at ZF Wind Power Coimbatore Limited until January 2016.

After that, Vinoth joined Tech Mahindra in January 2016 as a Business Consultant. In this role, they performed multiple tasks on various PLM projects, acting as a Business Analyst and PLM Technical Specialist. Vinoth Kumar successfully evaluated and implemented PLM systems for clients across different industries. Vinoth Kumar diagnosed and reviewed clients' existing systems and roadmap, identified non-value phases and inefficiencies in current business processes, and provided advice on alignment with company vision and strategy. Vinoth Kumar worked at Tech Mahindra until January 2018.

Currently, Vinoth is working at Maxbyte Technologies as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), a role they began in December 2022. Prior to this, they held positions within the same company as Market Director - MEA Region and Product Director - Mechatronics Engineering. As Market Director, they played a crucial role in leading the company's operations and strategies in the Middle East and Africa region. As Product Director, they focused on Mechatronics Engineering and its development within the company. Additionally, they served as a Program Manager at Maxbyte Technologies from January 2018 to May 2019.

Vinoth Kumar Prabhakaran completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechatronics Engineering from Sri Krishna College of Engg & Technology. Vinoth Kumar pursued further education at PSG College of Technology, where they obtained a Master's degree in Product Design & Commerce.
