James Adamowicz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in property banking and relationship management. Currently a Senior Associate at MaxCap Group since March 2022, James has previously held key roles at Bank of Queensland, including Corporate Property Relationship Manager and Corporate Banking Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing substantial client portfolios and preparing credit submissions. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at Steller and various positions at National Australia Bank, where James managed a $170M loan portfolio and supported small business clients. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Monash University and a Victorian Certificate of Education from Trafalgar High School.
