Shaun Klein

Shaun Klein is an experienced professional in the field of property investment and analysis, currently serving as an Associate and Senior Analyst in Direct Investment at MaxCap Group since October 2021. Previous roles include Investment Analyst at Charter Hall from November 2018 to October 2021, and Real Estate Analyst at Folkestone Limited for a short period in 2018. Shaun's career began at m3property as a Senior Valuer in Residential Development, followed by experience as a Property Portfolio Facilitator at Portfolio Solutions Pty Ltd and as an Assistant Valuer at BEM Property Consultants. Shaun also completed a Property Management Internship at Goodman in 2010. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Property from Western Sydney University, completed between 2008 and 2010, and attended Killara High School from 2002 to 2007.
