Tom Crapp

Tom Crapp is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at MaxCap Group since July 2018. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions including Principal Consultant at Ryan Gately for almost a decade. Tom also has experience in HR and change management roles at organizations such as Peabody Trust, London Borough of Lambeth, and Emap. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from RMIT University.
