Ken Olsen began their career in 1981 as a Captain in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they served as a Commissioned Officer and Naval Aviator, as well as a Licensed Commercial Pilot for both Fixed and Rotary Wing. In 1988, they became the Regional Sales Manager for Raychem, part of Tyco Electronics and Tyco International. In 1993, they took on the role of Vice President for Anixter CATV / ANTEC. Ken then moved on to become President of Fairway Communications Corp. in 2000 and President of White Mountain Cable Construction, LLC in 1997. In 2004, they were appointed as Senior Vice President of TVC Communications, and in 2020, they became the Director of Global Sales for MaxCell Group. Ken Olsen is currently retired.
Ken Olsen attended Adelphi University from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences. Ken then went on to Harvard University from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
