With a strong focus on P&L responsibility and strategic management, Odd has successfully led teams and built divisions, contributing to the growth and profitability of the organizations Odd has been a part of. Additionally, Odd has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Strategic Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
