Ryan Jennings

Ryan Jennings is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Global Finance Controller at Maxcess, where responsibilities include overseeing a global finance team of over 70 professionals and leading the Post Merger Integration of a significant acquisition. Prior experience includes strategic leadership roles at Meritor, notably as Corporate Strategist and Finance Controller for Australia, where accomplishments include the development of M&A strategies and recognition with the “Chairman’s Award.” Ryan has also engaged in finance roles during MBA internships at Henry Fund and HNI Corporation, and has foundational operational experience as an Operations Manager at Gits Manufacturing Co.
