Pedersen is a global technology company leader who has built high-performance executive teams and led sophisticated private equity or VC-owned technology organizations. They held CEO and board roles at multiple companies, including Questionmark (2019–2021), nShift (2021–2024), Creditcall (2014–2018), CommProve (2009–2014), RESON/Teledyne (2006–2009), and served as Chairman of the Board at Xena Networks (2014–2024). Pedersen currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of beqom (2025–Present) and as Chairman of the Board at MaxContact (2020–Present), and maintains an Honorary Member role at PEPTalks (2019–Present). They earned a Ph.D. in Fiber Optics from the Technical University of Denmark in 1995 and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from DTU in 1992.
