Tom Hartney has been serving as an Implementation Engineer at MaxContact since December 2020, where responsibilities also include 2nd line and 1st line technical support roles. Prior to this position, Tom gained customer service experience as Bar Staff at Glossop Cricket Club from August 2019 to December 2020. Academic qualifications include a degree from the University of Sunderland, completed between 2015 and 2018.
